Mr. Lengsfelder has supported such prestigious law firms as Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann; Bingham McCutchen, Cooley Godward; Dickstein Shapiro; Fenwick & West; Goodwin Procter; Heller Ehrman; Latham & Watkins; Lowenstein Sandler; Morrison & Foerster; Nickens Keeton Lawless Farrell Flack; Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe; Ropers Majeski; as well as the U.S. Department of Justice. His work has included class actions, complex business, construction, employment, environmental, intellectual property, insurance, insurance defense, legal malpractice, oil and gas, patent, product liability, real estate, securities, and white-collar criminal law.
Mr. Lengsfelder's experience includes 17 years producing and directing Emmy-award winning national television and corporate media for such clients as CBS-GroupW, PBS, CNN, the Discovery Channel, Wells Fargo, McGraw-Hill, Simon & Schuster, Apple, Intel, State of California, the NFL, and NBA Entertainment. He began his career in a New York advertising agency directing the Bic Pen, Hamilton-Beach and other major accounts.
Peter Lengsfelder is the author of many articles on legal visuals; new research on cognitive approaches in court; and media and its impact on juries and litigation strategy. He has frequently lectured on the same topics. He is a long-time member of NATAS (the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences), the American Bar Association, the San Francisco Bar Association, the American Society of Trial Consultants, and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.
Linda Graf brings over twenty years of business development experience to Clear Case Legal. For the first fifteen years of her career Linda worked in the graphics and print media industry, managing thousands of projects as the liaison between creative teams at F500 companies and production facilities nationwide.
For Clear Case Legal, Linda Graf has consulted on cases for Latham & Watkins, Morrison & Foerster and others in the areas of intellectual property, insurance defense and medical malpractice.
Ms. Graf is also a certified coach and trained facilitator who has supported clients in defining and executing business strategies. Prior to joining Clear Case Legal, Linda Graf consulted with clients such as Amgen, Gap, Genentech, Union Bank of California and Lawrence Livermore Labs.
Ms. Graf's education is in Strategic Management from Dominican University with an emphasis in communication, conflict resolution, leadership development and business strategy.
John Dahle has degrees in Aerospace and Mining Engineering, and graduate studies in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to joining Clear Case Legal, he had nine years experience with the Federal government conducting engineering research and computer analysis leading to development of Federal safety standards. In addition, he assisted the US Department of the Interior producing technical educational and training films, videos and television spots. With Clear Case Legal, John Dahle has consulted on intellectual property and construction cases.
In the private sector, Mr. Dahle has applied his research and engineering experience to new product design, as well as developed mathematical computer models and experimental testing of real world situations involving dynamics of physical systems (rollover and crashes). He has extensive experience managing information systems and technology (MIS/IT).
Based on his technical expertise John Dahle has provided deposition and courtroom testimony as an expert witness in over 100 legal cases.
Since the early 1980's, Dianne Yates has worked with law firms providing software solutions that support practice profitability and reduced administrative costs.
She has introduced solutions supporting increased case wins and implemented applications that enabled efficient cost management. Ms. Yates' roles have included Business Development for Boardroom Strategies; Senior Management and Business Development roles with Digital Equipment Corporation; Outsourced Strategic Services for Thomson Lawbook Company; and Office Automation for Legal Practices, Xerox.
Dianne Yates has experience in U.S., domestic and international business. At Clear Case, Ms. Yates' responsibilities include market research, business development and partner alliances.
Michael McMahon has been providing professional video services to the legal community, nationally and internationally, for 20 years, including videotaped depositions, text-to-video synchronization, site inspections, IMEs, examinations under oath, and courtroom and trial presentations.
Mr. McMahon began his career in San Jose with the Popelka Allard Law Firm where he created the in-house investigation and research department. He has since worked on a number of high profile cases including Lexar v. Toshiba, a $465 million win for Lexar.
Michael McMahon earned his Certified Legal Video Specialist (CLVS) accreditation through the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA).
All front line Clear Case staff are required to continue active legal; media; and information design education, by participating in Continuing Legal Education (CLE), as well as litigation and presentation seminars and forums.
