Problem A larger, less nimble and less able competitor was litigating against a series of smaller and more creative technology companies, in an attempt to swallow them up. Plaintiff had been successful using this tactic. In support of a defense with a small budget, we had to counteract with the judge and jury the acknowledged defeats and resigned settlements of other companies. |
Solution Working with the defense trial team and reviewing past defenses against this plaintiff, it was determined that no one had taken the time to go visually inside the environment in question, an environment that otherwise would be uncharted territory for most jurors. We created a number of 2D and 3D animations that took jurors into the areas of our client's core arguments. These clear, accessible visuals allowed the jury to understand precisely what took place, when, and why. Our client prevailed.
