In this highly complicated securities fraud case, dense accounting methods had to be fully understood by the jury for plaintiffs to make their case and prevail.

Solution
Among the over 30 tactical comparative graphs, timelines and animations we designed and produced for plaintiff's trial, was this animated metaphor-based demonstrative.
Using a simple road construction theme, plaintiff co-counsel was able to educate jurors quickly and clearly about the different and appropriate GAAP-approved accounting methods. This allowed jurors to understand intuitively what was a reasonable method to use under the circumstances.
Mock trial results on this (and other graphics) were so persuasive against opposing counsel's arguments, that our clients were able to fully value their case. Defense settled before trial for $137.5M.
