Problem In a personal injury/product liability defense, our client faced potentially large damages. Exacerbating the problem: No clear witness or expert witness testimony could appreciably protect the defense regarding damages for the event that no one denied took place.		Solution Working with the lead attorney and his team, we were able to isolate plaintiff testimony that left questions about his precise location at the time of the occurrence. Working with photos, and with plaintiff and expert testimony, we graphically reenacted the occurrence, showing the jury the critical difference a few yards could make, significantly mitigating the damages.
